Once you have completed the onboarding process and your account is open, you can navigate to your Cash Wallet. Within your Cash Wallet, you will be provided with unique reference information and bank account name and number to be able to deposit money.
Please ensure you use the bank account details provided, including the correct reference number, to ensure your deposit is received successfully.
You are only able to deposit funds from an account that has been nominated at the time of onboarding. If you deposit funds from a different account, the deposit will not be accepted.
Successful deposits will show in your Cash Wallet within 1-2 hours and you will be notified by email once your deposit has been received.
