If you make an investment via a trust, we will require proof of the trust’s source of wealth (SOW). Source of wealth in this example is the origin of the trusts body of assets.

Proof of source of wealth is collected to give an indication of the amount of wealth the trust is expected to have and how it was acquired, for the purposes of complying with anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations.
