Each company sets a minimum target, and has the option of setting a higher maximum target. If a minimum target has been reached, any amount up to and including the maximum target can be raised during your offer period. If a company is in a position to accept oversubscriptions, this will be stated in the offer material, and the company may raise an amount higher than the maximum target.

The equity offered to investors must be scaled up proportionately if an amount above the minimum target is raised.
