Public offers to invest in companies are available to anyone over the age of 18, provided you comply with all legal obligations in accessing and making the investment. Private offers to invest in companies are available to those who meet the previous criteria and receive an invitation to the private offer. Wholesale investor offers are available to "wholesale investors" only (as defined in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013).
