A Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) is a document issued by a fund and made available to investors. A PDS outlines important information relating to the financial product, such as information about the fund manager, fees, the fund strategy, and the risks involved.

A PDS is designed to provide prospective investors with important information about a financial product (i.e. fund), in order to be able to make an informed investment decision.

If a fund has produced a PDS, this will be available to view and download at the end of the fund information page.

If a fund has not produced a PDS, it will likely provide an Information Memorandum which is designed to provide similar information to what would be contained in a PDS.
