An Information Memorandum (IM) is a document produced by a fund to provide prospective investors with important information about the financial product the fund is offering.
An IM is less prescribed than a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), however the intent of the documents are similar in that they both disclose important information that investors should read in order to make an informed investment decision. An IM is likely to cover information about the fund manager, fees, the fund strategy, and the risks involved.
If a fund has produced an IM, this will be available to view and download at the end of the fund information page.
